Motivation to get Moving!

Well it has been almost one week since I started my new eating plan.  The eating part is going great since it is all about planning and I have been doing so.  I am a little disappointed that I have not motivated myself to get up and get moving!  I have a few exercise videos at home that I do enjoy doing but I have no motivation right now to do them.  My goal is going to be to either walk outside or do a video at least 3 times a week.

 For those who work all day on their feet…. how do you motivate yourself to come home and exercise after working 8.5 hours on your feet? 

Taking the First Step

So, I have completed day 1 of my health lifestyle with success!  I am very proud of myself for resisting any temptations I had for chocolate.  My goal is to be healthier so I can live forever!  I have two years to get myself looking great for the wedding and many years after chasing after the many children I would like to have so this really is going to be a lifestyle change for me.  I have a very supportive boyfriend which is great.

 I am very happy that my friend sent me this site and I hope that it works at building a support network so I can stay on track and stop dreaming about chocolate!
